This vessel-free Banana Pudding is sure to be a crowd pleaser! They key to preventing it from collapsing is folding the coolwhip into the pudding!

Ingredients

  • 1-3.4oz pack of instant vanilla jello pudding 
  • 1-3.4oz pack of instant banana jello pudding 
  • 2 cups of whole milk 
  • 1-16oz tub of cool whip 
  • 2.5 boxes of Nilla wafers 
  • 1 can of eagle brand sweetened condensed milk 
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp of  vanilla extract 
  • Pinch of salt 

Step1

Mix both pudding packets, salt, vanilla, and sweet condensed milk together. The mixture will rapidly start to set. That’s perfect. 

Step 2

Fold in one 16oz full defrosted tub of cool whip into the pudding mixture until smooth. No lumps

Grab your turn table, 6” cake board, pastry bag .. a pastry tip is not necessary you can cut it flush. 

4 step

Apply a 1/4 co sized amount an spread into a circle ⭕️ just a 1/2” inch from the edge then apply your Nilla wafers in a circular pattern all the way to the center and continue to apply pudding in between each layer alternating the placement of the Nilla wafers until you reach your desired height. This cake is all about structure so be mindful while building each layer. Finish the Nilla ice box cake with pudding on top and a cookie in the center, Or However you wish to present it. Allow to set at least 10hrs the cookies should soft from the pudding and not crunchy. Slice serve and enjoy!
